As I teach myself Python I download or buy multiple books on the same subject to get different perspectives on the same topics and so I can do multiple exercises on those topics. This book adds nothing to my experience of learning Python. The explanations are poor to nonexistent. The author takes a paragraph to say what could be said in a sentence and then says it badly. There is no educational "philosophy" behind the chapters like there are in vastly better books like Python The Hard Way or Python Crash Course. Even the code snippets the book uses look like they were copied and pasted with no thought to how they would look when formatted for the Kindle.In short, there is nothing in this book you couldn't find explained better somewhere else.
